Barbie was named Favorite Movie and its star Margot Robbie Favorite Movie Actress in 2024. Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards tonight. Other big winners are included Percy Jackson and the Olympianss as Favorite Kids TV Show, along with the show’s Walker Scobell as Favorite Male TV Star (Kids). Little Sheldon and star Iain Armitage also took home the top honors as Favorite Family TV Show and Favorite Male TV Star (Family), respectively. Spider-Man: Across The Spiderverse has reached Favorite Animated Movie, while it’s been a long time SpongeBob SquarePants took home the Favorite Cartoon trophy. Timothée Chalamet won the favorite actor award for his role as Willy Wonka in the play. Wonka. Olivia Rodrigo took home the award for Favorite Female TV Star (Kids) for her role as Nini ho. High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Taylor Swift won three awards including Favorite Female Artist and Travis Kelce was named Favorite Male Sports Star. Check out the full list below.
Hosted by SpongeBob SquarePants (voiced by Tom Kenny) and Patrick Star (voiced by Bill Fagerbakke), Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2024 broadcast live from their undersea home in Bikini Bottom, and compared to Nickelodeon, TeenNick, Nicktoons, Nick Jr. channel, TVLand, CMT and MTV2. Highlights included Kelly Rowland presenting Serena Williams with the Legend Gold Blimp award for her work spanning sports, fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
The show opened with an energetic dance number, featuring Paul Russell performing his hit “Lil Boo Thang,” along with a montage of shows, movies, music and popular internet views from across the year. The Kid LAROI also performed a performance of “Nights Like This”, his new single “Girls” and hit “Stay,” which ended up being a huge hit.
